His skills and knowledge in ICT industry combined with his business administration degree challenged him to establish an effective and productive company. Worked in Ministry of Defense for few years and afterward moved to a Swedish company-LM Ericsson, a multinational organization for six years as Sales Manager, he was responsible for the sales of the telecommunication networks to the telecom providers. He joined the utility sector as Senior Manager to develop the concept of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) project in Muscat as one of the initiative that promoting infrastructure shearing in the sector. Founder and CEO of Awasser Group, the company was established in 2011, Now have different divisions working on ICT, Supply Retail Sector giving end-to-end innovative ideas and solutions to the market. He has created and developed more partners bridging the East and West and successfully made/ Introduce companies for partnerships with many international companies seeking business opportunities in the Oman. He is successfully restructured the organization to be more diversified by establishing new business opportunities and formation of new sister companies under the umbrella of one Group. Abdulsalam had acquired, developed and maintained his capabilities & expertise which enabled him to consistently reach his goals. He has vast interest in establishing new innovative ideas that brings values and genuine services that will impact the world.

He brings with him a one-and-a-half-decade long experience of IT thought leadership, along with Hardware, Software, Managed Services Sales, and Operations Management. As an entrepreneur, he very well recognizes the role that ever-evolving digital technologies can play in the growth of any organization and why companies should adapt rapidly to these changes. Pranav holds a Masters’ in Commerce, an MBA in Systems & Marketing and has recently completed an executive program on Digital Business Strategy from Columbia Business School.
