Oman Broadband launches its Business Process Management journey
Oman Broadband chooses Strategix as its Business Process Management partner. The company has been awarded a project with Oman Broadband and have completed the process analysis and roadmap for 2019 and 2020. The scope of the project are:

- KPI Analysis
- Recordings all company Risks & Issues
- Creating RoadMap
Oman Broadband Company was founded in 2014 as a joint-stock company wholly owned by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman.
Oman Broadband is focused upon the deployment of a broadband infrastructure, providing equal and open access to telecommunication service providers on a wholesale basis, enabling end users to efficiently leverage high speed fibre connectivity in Oman.
